Try new things–like chai tea, or Tai Chi!
So I went to my first Tai Chi class and it was different than I had expected.
The movement was constant, and I found that it required much more mental exertion than physical.
We activated the points of energy in the palm of our hands, the tops of our feet, and beneath the belly button (the second chakra).
Moving with our breaths, we inhaled bringing energy into our body through a certain point and then released the breath and energy through a different and counter point.
It was interesting. It felt good in a challenging way. I would highly recommend trying it for yourself!
